ちょこっと解説
1. I would like to propose that the three of you accompany me
＊I would like to と the three of you について
I would like to は I want より丁寧な表現で「～したい」。
the three of you の the によって you が全員で3人だとわかります。
4人以上の中からランダムに3人ということであれば the をつけず three of you となります。
2. Is this just so we won't touch～
so と we の間に that を補って Is this just so that we won't touch～ と考えます。
so that は「～するために」（ここでは否定なので「～しないために」）という目的を表すので so that we won't touch で「触らせないようにするため」という意味になります。
3. the fact is ～
The fact is ～：「実は（真相は）」。
今回のシチュエーションでは「触らせないようにしたい」という心配もあるけど、実のところはサポートチームが必要というつながりで使われています。

無生物主語の文は文字通り人や他の生き物ではないものが主語になっている文です。今回の the thought of interviewing them も「（彼らを）面接するという考え」という抽象的な概念なので無生物主語です。
無生物主語を使うとぐっと”英語っぽく”なるのでぜひ！

Why don't you ～は「～したらどう？」という提案を表します。

How about ～は「～はどうだろう」、「～してはどうですか」という提案を表す表現です。
How about の後ろには「名詞（または名詞に相当するもの）が来るパターン」と 「文が来るパターン（How about + SV）」があります。今回は後者でした。
例：
How about a cup of tea？（お茶しない？）
How about going for a walk？（散歩にでも行かない？）
How about we go together？（一緒に行くってのはどう？）
where were are right now の where は関係副詞です。
the place where we are right now ということもできますが、ここでは the place が省略されています。
省略されていない場合
the place where we are right now = the place in which we are right now
と言い換えることができます。
ここでは the place が省略されてるため where we are right now が名詞節を作っていると考えられます。
